Welcome to Argotshihtzu.com. By accessing our website, browsing our puppy availability, or placing a reservation deposit, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

            Key Note: All adoption applications and companion transfers are conducted in accordance with AKC ethical breeding guidelines and our legally binding 10-Year Health Guarantee.
        

1. Application & Screening Eligibility

Submitting an inquiry via our online form does not automatically guarantee placement of a puppy. Argotshihtzu reserves the right to screen prospective buyers to verify suitability, home stability, and capacity to provide lifetime veterinary care.

2. Reservation Deposits & Adoption Agreements

When an adoption application is formally approved, a non-refundable holding deposit may be placed to reserve a specific puppy from a litter:

Deposits reserve your selected puppy until the mutually agreed pickup/transfer date (typically at 8 to 10 weeks of age).
In the event that a puppy fails pre-placement veterinary health certification, the buyer's deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to another available puppy at the buyer's option.
Full payment is due prior to or at the time of official physical handover.

3. Right of First Refusal & Non-Shelter Covenant

If at any point during the life of a Shih Tzu purchased from Argotshihtzu the owner can no longer maintain custody, the owner agrees to contact Argotshihtzu prior to rehoming. Argotshihtzu maintains right of first refusal and guarantees a safe haven return path to prevent any dog from entering animal shelters.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content hosted on Argotshihtzu.com—including photography, textual care guides, logos, graphics, and page layouts—is the intellectual property of Argotshihtzu and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Argotshihtzu ensures all health information, pedigree certifications, and advice on this website are accurate and verified, web content is provided on an "as-is" basis. Veterinary care decisions should always be made in direct consultation with a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
